Honda reveals its Pokémon Koraidon motorcycle with hands, face, eyes, and feet that move as the vehicle speeds away. Launched under the Honda Koraidon Project and under the supervision of The Pokémon Company, the vehicle appears at Honda Welcome Plaza Aoyama in Tokyo, Japan from March 7th to March 9th, 2025. The main feature of the Honda Pokémon Koraidon motorcycle is the balance control technology.

First introduced at CES 2017, it comes with the Honda Riding Assist. It lets the vehicle stand on its own without unfolding the kickstand. This means the two-wheeler can balance itself if the rider momentarily takes their hands off the handlebars (although this is not encouraged). Aside from this, the Honda Pokémon Koraidon motorcycle has animated hands, feet, neck, face, eyes, and eyelids. It’s the company’s way to bring the video game character to life.

The company says they’re reproducing it almost to the fullest and with attention to design details such as the facial features. The design team wants viewers, and the riders themselves, to feel as if they were meeting the real Koraidon in person. The character appears in the Pokémon Scarlet video game released in 2022. The reptile is the companion that grows as it travels with the protagonist. It can also change its form depending on the situation.

The best way the company puts it into reality is by turning Koraidon’s ability into an actual two-wheeler. There’s no news yet on the specifications of the motorcycle.
